Used them for 2 consecutive years with zero claims and minimal price increase 1st year. When I called for an explanation they were vague and completely unhelpful, saying 'oh yes...that happens, I understand why you're unhappy' but could only manage to take £40 off the cost. Their get-out excuse seems to be, well we do recommend you shop around before renewing! Extremely lazy and appalling customer service, cancelled the policy on the spot.

I have given 4 stars as I've only just taken out a policy. I don't believe I can make a complete judgement at this early stage. However commenting on the initial process, it has so far been a straight forward & easy to use service. The policy was very competitive and I would recommend them. I don't have any experience with making a claim but was overall pleased. I cancelled my previous insurance and bought one from mutual together.
I fail to understand why they would not want to keep look after and keep their existing trouble-free customers. Such a waste of my time and energy because it's such a performance each time to take out a new policy.
